Our storefront is location just off the historic brick street in the village of Zionsville, IN and our store hours are:

Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm

Sunday 11am-5pm

RETURNS:

EASY RETURNS:   At Blooms & Linen, we want you to love your purchases!  If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, please email us { hello@bloomsandlinen.com } within 3 business days of receiving of your order { Tracked via USPS tracking }. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Rules & procedures for returns:
  • We offer FREE returns for merchandise that has been un-worn with tags still attached, is defective or was the wrong fit.  Once a return is started through our system, we will approve it & then a shipping label will be emailed out via USPS.

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a digital code that will be sent via email. We CANNOT issue dollar refunds.

  • All returns must started within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.

  • Any products purchased on our SALE page or SALE rack in-store are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return/exchange.  These items will say "Not available for return", if you attempt to return through our online return system.

  • Returned items must remain un-damaged, un-washed, un-scented, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. If we receive a return through the mail and we feel that it does not meet our return requirements, a store credit will not be issued.  Be sure to email us with questions or if your item was delivered damaged.  { Email: hello@bloomsandlinen.com } 
  • Once your shipping label is emailed to you, print it out & attach the shipping label to your package and drop off at your nearest USPS location.  Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once you have shipped it through USPS.  This includes shipping time through USPS & processing time at our shop.  

  • After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use and refund the specified form of payment. If an item is not found to be in returnable condition, we will reach out to you with your options.
  • Approved returns will have our storefront address as the shipping address: Blooms & Linen Boutique: 27 East Pine Street Zionsville, IN 46077

Exchanges:   We have a limited number of each featured item on the site and because of this we can’t guarantee an exchange.  We ONLY can offer a refund as an online store credit in the form of a store credit code sent via email as soon as possible! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your new store credit code to snatch it right up!  You can also always email us for any questions or concerns: hello@bloomsandlinen.com

GIFT CARDS | STORE CREDIT

Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card and send via email or for a gift card that was purchased through our store.

  • If you are purchasing an item that is more than the gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
  • Gift cards & store credits expire within 1 year from issue date.
  • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our “Terms & Conditions”.
  • If you happen to loose the gift card/store credit code and need to have it emailed to yourself or the gift recipient, email us @ hello@bloomsandlinen.com and we can resend the code to you via email. 


CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDERS

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately!  We must be contacted by email { hello@bloomsandlinen.com } within 2 hours from making the online purchase.  Otherwise the order is processed and we are unable to make changes to our inventory records and credit card processing.  If you accidentally completed an online order and forgot to add something to your cart before checking out, simply contact us immediately { within 2 hour from placing the order } and we may be able to add that item to your order without additional shipping costs.  But this is on a per order basis and we might not be able to grant the request.


SHIPPING INFO

  • We currently offer FREE shipping on online orders over $75.00.  
  • We also offer free "In-store pickup" for our local customers.  Pick ups must occur during regular business hours on M-Sat and we request that 1 hour be given to prep your order prior to pick up.
  • All online orders under $75 that are shipped, will be charged $4.95+ for regular USPS ground shipping depending on weight.
  • We ship within the United States only, at this time.  
  • Allow 1-2 business days production time for prepping the shipment in store and then 3-5 business days to receive your package by mail, depending on USPS transit.  

 

SALES TAX

If you’re shipping your order to Indiana, applicable sales tax that is required for us to collect for our State will be added automatically.  It will not be collected from other states.


ORDERS

Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 1-2 business days. Then, our mail carrier will pick it up and it should be in your hands within 5-7 business days!
